- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-25, by Alan GohRubbish place! Customer service do not exist at B&Q Luton. I went there to query why a bath waste and trap I purchase from them failed only after 9 months from purchase. Instead of being sympathetic to me I was met by the B&Q representative named only as Gabrielle on duty who was aggressive and would not help. I was told that I needed to produced the original packaging before they can do anything about it and B&Q only offer 45 days guarantee unless it is an electrical item. The B&Q representive called Gabrielle need some customer service training urgently!!
