  Friend of mine in a wheelchair had to return an item recently and the level of service he received was absolutely disgraceful! He wanted a straight exchange for the £38 pair of tracksuit bottoms and he was refused! He was accused of wearing them out,told there was one solitary hair on them and to insult him even more the young girl assistant then proceeded to sniff the item and then insinuated he had washed them as well!!! As a paraplegic disabled person tracksuit bottoms he has to buy and take home to try on.He has to get on his bed to try them on at home. To humiliate him even more the girl told him that he could spend another £38 on the bigger pair he actually wanted to exchange! Shame on you Jd Luton!

  Very less staff members. All of them are careless. I asked every single staff member for help but they didn't respond, even though they did promise to help me out. This has happened to me twice. The staff is totally a group of amateur youngsters that know nothing about the store or product. Most of them are just running away from work, chilling in hidden corners of the store. The store has shortage of products. I am so disappointed and frustrated by the staff. If you still really wanna buy from JD (Luton) u will have to be ready to chase the staff members because I swear this is the only store where the customer has to chase the staff!
