  This is one of the worst online Asian cloth selling shop. Especially, their customer service. I bought a dress for my wife. But the dress was faulty. My wife contacted customer service and they asked us to return it and they will give us different product as of our choice. But they did not. Rather they give us a credit note and ask us to place a new order, which means I have to pay all 3 postage. The behaviour of customer service is so bad and they treated us like we are stupid people. I lost my money is not a problem - but their behaviour is my problem - the women shouted at me over the phone and this is so shocking for me. After settling this issue I am never gonna to buy anything from this shop.
