  Useless, I went into town to buy a phone from them and they told me they'd sold it, I said what do you mean IT, this is a phone shop, surely if you've got a phone on display you must have it in stock, they said they hadn't had any deliveries, I said but it's Christmas what sort of company doesn't deliver more stock at Christmas, they just looked at me blankly. Not impressed with 02, there tariffs aren't that great either. I bought the phone from carphone warehouse in the end, paid a little bit more but at least they had one and they couldn't have been more helpful

  I've been using this O2 Store for many years now, and every single visit has been a fantastic experience. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, they're always happy to sit down with you and discuss your options at length and they engage in everyday chit-chat, connecting to you on a more personal level and making your shopping experience that bit more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.
