  Sports Direct Luton have some of the rudest staff ever working for them. Only wanted to buy 1 item. Queued for approximately 15 minutes to pay. One till open while other staff members stood chatting on shop floor. They ignored the queues (around 20customers) until I asked for another till to be opened. Obviously, these foolish people do not realise that they will cost themselves a job as this behaviour only drives people to shop online. I have also witnessed a manager / supervisor speak to her staff in the most derogatory way at the till ,after which, the poor cashier said "That's why want to leave." Disgusting!
